I like your frames. Where can I get them?
Our frames can be found in independent optical offices around the country. Need to find an Altair doctor in your area? Click on "Find an Altair Doctor" from the left-hand menu. Be sure to look for the Altair logo next to their name and information! Can't find an Altair office in your area? No problem, simply print out the information on the frames you like and your VSP doctor will be able order them for you.

My sunglass clip is lost or broken. How can I get a new one?
Replacement sunglass clips can be purchased from the independent optical office that dispensed your original prescription.
If that office is not available, any VSP doctor can help you order the replacement clip you need.

I lost my eyeglass case. Can I get a new one?
Although we don't provide replacement eyeglass cases, check with your independent optical office. They may be able to help you order a new one.

My eyeglasses need repair. Where do I go?
Eyeglass repair is best done by the independent optical office that dispensed your original prescription. They will be able to order replacement parts, complete the repairs and make any necessary adjustments to the frame ensuring an optimal fit.
If that office is not available, any VSP doctor will be happy to help you.
